- Proportional Raw Usage: We use raw usage from unit sub-meters and compare them to total usage (or “ticks”) to determine each unit’s share — no matter the meter scale.
- Daily Rate Calculations: Big city bills are divided by the days in the billing period, creating a stable daily cost. That lets you invoice for any shorter period (month, partial month, etc.) without overcharging.
- Invoice Period Flexibility: Pick your invoice dates (as long as they fall within a property’s known bill periods) so even if meter reads are irregular, usage is traced correctly.
- Missing Data Warnings: If a unit doesn’t have meter reads covering the full period, you get a notification — so nothing slips through.
